The Department of Health in Region 7 Central Visayas announces that they will be hiring a total of 223 registered nurses for Nurse Deployment Project (NDP) 2016. Check the details of application below.
NDP is a government program that aims to improve local health systems and support the country’s attainment of the Universal Health Care or “Kalusugan Pangkalahatan”.
Nurses shall be hired under a contract of service, with monthly salary of P18,549 and will be assigned in Rural Health Units in their localities or place of residence.
NDP nurses shall perform the functions of a Public Health Nurse. Likewise, they will be developed as trainers and supervisors of the Community Health Teams (CHTs ) of the DOH.
For Region 7 which covers the three provinces of Bohol, Cebu, and Siquijor, the contract period for NDPs will be from November 15 to December 31, 2015.
