Professional Regulation Commission in Southern Tagalog Regional Office released the Schedule of Registration for December 2011 NLE passers in Lucena City.
The schedule of registration will start on February 22, 2012, with the following arrangements:

NLE Passers Registration Requirements:
- 2 pieces passport size colored picture, white background with complete name tag e.g. GAGALAC, ARNEL ROSARIA
- 1 piece colored picture with white background (same shot)
- Community Tax Certificate or Cedula
- Registration Fee – P600 / Annual Fee – P450
- Loose Documentary Stamp
Steps in Registration:
- Present Notice of Admission or any Valid ID on Window 8 to secure OATH form.
- Check your Name and Date of Birth from your verification slip, notify us of any error.
- Fill out the oath form properly
- Pay Annual Fee/Registration fee at Window 17.
- Pay loose Documentary Stamp in front of Window 17.
- Submit the filled out OATH form in Window 3.
- Wait to be called at Windows 9 – 12 for registration.
- Receive Claim Slip and check for Registration/License Number, Registration Date and Serial Number of registry book.
Application for Certification of Passing, Rating, Good Standing
- Get Action Sheet from the guard.
- Pay P75 per copy at Window 17.
- Secure loose Documentary Stamp.
- Submit the Action Sheet, Official Receipt and photocopy of Claim Slip at Window 4 or 5.
