Department of Health (DOH) issued a Memorandum Order regarding the implementation of RN Heals 3 for nurses and Rural Health Midwives Placement Program or RHMPP for midwives this 2012.
DOH Memo No. 2012-0030 was issued by Secretary Enrique Ona to all Undersecretaries and Assistant secretaries, Heads of Operation Clusters, CHD directores, Heads of Hospitals, Bureau Directors, HRDU Heads, RN Heals Project Team and RHMPP Coordinator last January 16, 2012.
Some of the points in the DOH Memo for RN Heals 3 and RHMPP
- RN Heals 1 will end on February 15,2012.
- RN Heals 3 will train and deploy 10,000 nurses and 3,000 midwives this year.
- RN Heals 3 Orientation will start first week of March.
- Monthly allowance is still P8,000 for nurses and P6,000 for midwives and LGUs will provide additional P2,000.
