DOH-4A now accepts RN Heals 3 applications

Department of Health – Center For Health Development IV-A (Calabarzon) now accepts application for RN Heals 3 project.

In a Memorandum dated January 17, 2011 issued by Dr. Juanito D. Taleon, Regional Director for Calabarzon, the following were the pre-qualification requirements for RN Heals 3 applications:

• Resident of Calabarzon provinces
• Board passer of 2012 and earlier years
• With Volunteer experience in any hospital/RHUs
• No previous work experience as a nurse

Please submit all applications (4 copies) to Provincial Health Team Offices for provincial applicants) or Personnel Section (Project4, QC) with the following documents:

1. Application Letter (original)
2. Resume (original)
3. Diploma (photocopy)
4. Transcript of Records (photocopy)
5. PRC ID (photocopy)
6. Board Rating (photocopy)
