Department of Health in Region 7 is now hiring more nurses as part of Human Resource for Health (HRH) Deployment 2019.
DOH Center for Health Development in Central Visayas posted online the need for additional nurses which will be deployed as Public Health Associates. The position is Nurse II on Job Order item (Contract of Service), with salary of Php 31,057.55/month.
These PHA nurses will be assigned to City Health Offices (CHOs) and Rural Health Units (RHUs) all over the region.
Based on HRH Distribution List from DOH Central Office, DOH-7 needs 325 PHA nurses – 106 for Bohol, 146 for Cebu, 58 for Negros Oriental and 15 for Siquijor.

Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RA 1080);
With excellent communication and writing skills;
Preferably with primary care experience;
Brief description of functions:
o Manages health related information systems and logistics at the RHU and CHO
o Provides support for various programs based on need (eg. TB, Reproductive Health, HFEP, and other DOH programs)
