The Professional Regulation Commission releases today the list of successful examinees for the June 2013 Nursing Licensure Examinations (NLE). As per Republic Act (of secion 16) No. 9173, “all successful candidates in the examination shall be required to take an oath of professional before the Board or any government official authorized to administer oaths prior to entering upon the nursing practice”.
The registration of newly passed nurses will be required with the following:
-Duly accomplished Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
-Current Community Tax Certificate (Cedula)
-2 pieces colored passport size picture (white background and complete name tag)
-1 piece 1×1 colored picture (white background and complete name tag)
-2 set of metered documentary stamps
-1 short brown envelope with name and profession
-Pay 600php for the Initial Registration fee and 450php for Annual Registration fee (2013-2016)
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the “Roster of Registered Professionals”
