The NCR regional office is also hiring midwives for RHMPP, medical technologists for MTDP and public health associates. Here are the details:
Submission of application for HRH Deployment Program such as Nurse Deployment Project (NDP), Rural Health Midwives Placement Program (RHMPP), Medical Technologists Deployment Project (MTDP), and Public Health Associates Deployment Project (PHADP) will be from November 12, 2015 to November 30, 2015.
Application Requirements – NDP, RHMPP,MTDP
Letter of Application (addressed to the Head of Agency) Director IV
Updated Curriculum Vitae with recent ID picture
Duly accomplished Application Form
- Triplicate copies
- With 3 pcs. 1×1 ID picture

Photocopy of official and validated Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
Application Requirements – PHADP
Must be a Graduate of any four (4) year health related course
Certified True Copy of diploma
Letter of Application (addressed to the Head of Agency) Director IV
Updated Curriculum Vitae with recent ID picture
Duly accomplished Application Form
- Triplicate copies
- With 3 pcs. 1×1 ID picture
- Application form can be downloaded at DOH website or HERE.
